For my morning drive I experienced "frozen fog". This conjures up an image of fog that is solid; you can't drive through it. In reality, it is fog that leaves a heavy frost all around. It almost looks like there had been a dusting of snow. It stayed like this most of the morning, then finally burned off by early afternoon.

1-12-10 Foggy Morning
For my morning drive I experienced "frozen fog". This conjures up an image of fog that is solid; you can't drive through it. In reality, it is fog that leaves a heavy frost all around.
